Be quiet!!
1時間目のToddlerクラス。
先週はLet's go to the farm!!(牧場へ行こう)で、牧場にいる動物さんで遊びました。
今週はLet's go to the zoo!!(動物園へ行こう) 動物園にいる動物さん特集です。
「One Two Three to the zoo」という本を使用したのですが、表紙にlion(ライオン)の絵が描いてあります。
で、最初に私がその表紙を見せて「がおー!!」と言ってしまったものだからAちゃん、とっても怖がってしまいH momにしがみついてしまいました(汗)。ごめんね〜。
それでも、楽しくLet's go to the zoo♪と歌いながら、Aちゃん、Uちゃんとも、絵本の上にそれぞれの動物さんを置いてくれました。今回は判別するのが二人にとって難しかったようです。やっぱり動物園の動物は日常では見る機会が少ないせいもありますよね。
自分で見て、体験したものの方が断然、頭には残りますものね。
２時間目は小学２年生レッスン。
昨日同様サッカーワールドカップにちなんだ問題を解いた後、形容詞の反対語カードゲームを行いました。
場に置いたカードを、それぞれペアにしてもらい、各々の意味を尋ねていきました。
big(大きい)とsmall(小さい)、fat(太い)とthin(細い)等、ほとんどは絵を見て意味を推測出来たのですが、noisy(うるさい)が出てこない。
たまたま、T君が後ろでドンドンとマットを叩いていたので、
「Look at him!! He is noisy. What is noisy?(見てみて。T君がnoisyよ。さあ、何だ？)」と私。
「楽しい？」とYちゃん(汗)。「面白い？」とM君(激汗)。
うわ〜ん、確かにドンドンとマットを叩くのは楽しいし、面白いかもしれないけど〜(泣)。
と、ここであきらめてはいけない!! すかさずquiet(静か)のカードを見せ、
「What is "quiet"?(quietは何)」
「何もしていない。」とM君。
「静か〜。」とYちゃん。
やった〜。これが出ればOK。
「わかった〜!! noisyはうるさい!!」と少々大声でYちゃん。は〜い、あなたもnoisyよ〜(笑)。
この後、noisyとquietを気に入ったM君、T君。
「M!! Be quiet!! Noisy!!」「No, T!! Be quiet!! Noisy!!」
とレッスン終了後も言っておりました(笑)。
３時間目は小学３〜4年生。
同じサッカーワールドカップにちなんだ問題を、全員パーフェクトに解答しておりました。場所も全て地図から探すことも出来、興味深く問題に挑んでいました(嬉)。
そして、今日は部屋作りの最終日。個性豊かな部屋が出来上がりました!! 本当に三人三様、テイストが全く違います。次回から、これを使って前置詞を学んでいきます。
